These Terms of Service govern the use of the Driver ID platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), available at driver-id.pl. The Service enables transport companies to manage employee data and monitor the validity of their driver's licenses. Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Terms used in these Terms of Service mean:
To use the Service, you must create an account by completing the registration form. The User is obliged to provide true information. The account is protected by a password, for which confidentiality the User is responsible. The User may not share account access with third parties without the Service owner's consent.
The Service operates on a subscription model. Details regarding pricing plans are available on the Subscription page. Payments are processed through the secure Stripe payment gateway. Available billing periods:
The Service enables: adding and managing driver data, automatic retrieval of driver's license information from official sources, monitoring driver's license validity dates, email notifications about upcoming expiry dates (depending on the plan), secure data storage in accordance with GDPR regulations.
Personal data of Users and their employees is processed in accordance with the GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Detailed information can be found in the Privacy Policy. The User is responsible for compliance with legal regulations when processing personal data of their employees.
The Service owner will make every effort to ensure the Service operates correctly and without interruption. However, they are not liable for: technical interruptions, data loss resulting from User actions, damages resulting from improper use of the Service, incorrect data entered by the User. The User uses the Service at their own risk.
It is prohibited to: attempt to interfere with the Service's technical infrastructure, automatically create accounts using bots, share the account with third parties, use the Service for purposes inconsistent with the law.
The Service owner reserves the right to make changes to the Terms of Service. Users will be informed of changes 7 days in advance via email. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services. All disputes will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the Service owner's registered office.
